ElevateM was created from a simple belief: when people grow, everything around them grows too. Stronger leaders build stronger teams. Stronger teams create better organizations. And better organizations make a lasting impact on the communities they serve. At ElevateM, we believe lasting transformation starts with people, not just processes. Tools, frameworks, and strategies matter, but they only create value when people have the confidence, capability, and mindset to put them into practice. Our focus is simple - Elevating People. Founded by visionary leader, author, and transformation expert Monika Muddamshetty, ElevateM brings together nearly two decades of experience in leadership, project and portfolio management, business transformation, and capability development. Having worked with global organizations, leadership teams, professionals, and students, we understand that every organization and every individual is different. That's why we don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Whether we're delivering leadership workshops, advising organizations on transformation, speaking at conferences, or helping professionals build future-ready skills, our focus remains the same: practical learning, meaningful conversations, and outcomes that last beyond the classroom or the consulting engagement. Monika Muddamshetty
Founder, ElevateM
Monika Muddamshetty is a leadership consultant, transformation strategist, author, and speaker with nearly two decades of experience driving business transformation for global organisations across multiple industries. She brings deep expertise in Agile, Project, Program, Portfolio, and PMO leadership, along with organizational transformation, process excellence, and operational optimization.
Throughout her corporate career, Monika has held senior leadership roles, including Director – Agile PMO, and led global teams, enterprise portfolios, and large-scale transformation initiatives that delivered measurable business outcomes and strengthened organizational capabilities.
As the Founder of ElevateM, she partners with organizations, professionals, and academic institutions to accelerate growth through consulting, leadership development, and corporate training. Her work focuses on helping individuals and teams lead with confidence, execute with excellence, communicate with influence, and fuel high-performance.
Monika is also the author of Lead As Only You Can, a practical leadership book that encourages readers to embrace authenticity, challenge limiting beliefs, and discover their own leadership style beyond titles and positions.
A passionate advocate for the project management profession, Monika has been an active global volunteer with PMI for over a decade. Her leadership contributions include serving on the PMI Pearl City Hyderabad Chapter Board, PMI South Asia Champion Advisory Committee and other roles supporting the global project management community. She is also a PMI Authorized Training Instructor (ATI) for PMP®, PMI-ACP®, and PMO-CP® certifications.
